I enjoy creating jewelry because you are able to create a piece of jewelry with your own unique design, creativity and imagination. How does Jewelry help me thrive? Stress is part of everyday life unexpected challenges, and other duties come your way. Although you may not feel it at first, it can definitely take its toll on your body and mind over time. So, this is a relaxing outlet for me to create and relax my mind on something I enjoy doing. It can also aid when you want to avoid or deal with stressful situations, allowing you to stay on top of things despite overwhelming feelings and anxiety. It relaxes me:)
