Loco Coco’s Tacos is a nationally-recognized Mexican restaurant and cantina in the shadow of the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard in picturesque Kittery, Maine. Opened in 2004, it has served thousands of families and patrons with its authentic recipes, local ingredients and diverse cocktail and beer menu.  Locos is owned by cousins Jami and Doug Scardina.
