Second floor: 3 bedrooms each with queen bed and ensuite baths.

A sunny lower level that features a large living room w/gas fireplace, two bedrooms (one with king, one with two twins), bath w/ shower, and kitchenette with microwave, fridge, sink, and shelves.  Includes second washer and dryer.  

Covered front porch with wicker chairs, off-street parking for two cars, and side patio with bench.
