Two guests can enjoy the beautiful gardens at Maine's Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens. Passes are valid through the 2023 summer garden season (May 1st through mid-October).

The mission of Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens is to inspire meaningful connections among people, plants, and nature through horticulture, education, and research.

In 1996, after a thorough search for an appropriate site, Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens purchased 128 acres of land with 3,600 feet of tidal shore frontage in Boothbay. The Gardens now include 300 acres of natural spaces, from the Native Butterfly and Moth House to the Bibby and Harold Alfond Children’s Garden or Giles Rhododendron and Perennial Garden. Artistic sculpture also abounds including Danish artist Thomas Dambo’s magical, mysterious, and mammoth recycled-wood troll sculptures that can be found throughout the grounds.
