The One2One personal trainers are ready to motivate and educate you so you can set and attain personal fitness goals. They will help you put together a game plan and design a customized personal training program perfect for you.
You will work closely with your trainer and learn how to reduce risk factors, change unwanted habits, manage stress, and meet life’s milestones with optimism and vitality. Depending on your needs and goals, the personal training sessions will be tailored to include a focus on flexibility, strength gain, weight loss, cardiovascular endurance, and core stregth.

As soon as possible after the close of the auction, the Mason-Rice auction committee will communicate local pickup details for physical items OR email electronic gift certificates to the winning bidder.
