Description
Located at the Clocktower base, condo features one king bedroom with a full kitchen, full bath, and living room with pullout sofa. Unit has a private deck with views of the Evolution Bike Park. Bike Shop, Rentals, Tickets, and food & drinks located just up the hill at the Sugarhouse Lodge. Summer resort activities include Mountain Biking, Scenic Chairlift Rides, Mountain Coaster, Challenge Course, Miniature Golf, and Disc Golf. Other local off-resort activities include hiking, swimming, dining, shopping, and golf. Condo available for 2 nights in June, July, or August 2023, subject to availability.

You will receive a confirmation email for each item you were the highest bidder on and won when the auction closes on December 2nd!
How do you get your items?
If you are located in New Hampshire:
Smaller items (i.e. gift card, tickets, etc.) will be mailed at a flat rate of $3 beginning on Wednesday, December 7th.
· If your item(s) are able to fit into a small package, it will be mailed at a flat rate of $5 beginning on Wednesday, December 7th.
· If your item(s) are able to fit into a medium package, it will be mailed at a flat rate of $8 beginning on Wednesday, December 7th.
· If your item is oversized and requires in person delivery, you will be contacted directly by Fallon Wall (fallonw@sonh.org) to determine delivery arrangements. Items will be delivered on Wednesday, December 7th & Thursday, December 8th.
If you are located outside of New Hampshire:
· SONH plans to ship items beginning on Wednesday, December 7th.
Smaller items (i.e. gift card, tickets, etc.) will be mailed at a flat rate of $3 beginning on Wednesday, December 7th.
· For larger items, we plan to ship in flat rate boxes as much as possible. You will be contacted by Fallon Wall (fallonw@sonh.org) so you are aware of the shipping cost that will be added to your winning bid.
Reminder to all bidders, be sure to update your address and credit card information prior to the auction closing to ensure proper delivery/payment for your winning item(s).
