Located right on Riverside Drive in the heart of Toluca Lake, Golden Fist Training Method is a fitness training program based on the fight training principles of Kenpo Karate, Shaolin Kung Fu and Limalama, along with the internal art of Chinese Qi Gong Yoga. It combines fight training and self-protection training with movement and structure work along along with powerful breathing techniques, all to give you an amazing, body and life changing workout! GFTM is taught by Founder and Black Sash/Black Belt Instructor Sifu Jonny Blu
