This vacation home is used only by the owner, her family and friends. It is not available for rent to the general public.

Enjoy a relaxing 7-night stay in a 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath oceanfront condominium (sleeps 6) on the beach in beautiful Ormond-by-the-Sea, FL. 

The unit was remodeled in fall 2019 and is on the second and third floors of a lovingly maintained boutique low-rise. The building has many private amenities and sits on a quiet, family-friendly beach facing the majestic Atlantic!

The second floor has two large bedrooms - master bedroom has king bed, en suite bathroom, TV and ocean view; second bedroom has two queen beds and TV.

The main level has powder room, living, dining and chef's kitchen with island - plus everything to whip up a gourmet meal or prepare simple beach fare. A large deck with a spectacular, unobstructed ocean view is right off the living room.

Outdoor parking spot included in adjacent private lot. Other private amenities include direct beach access, large oceanfront pool with abundant lounge chairs, grassy play and lounge areas, BBQ pit, and shuffleboard court.

Many golf courses and nature preserves are minutes away, and it's just a 50-minute drive north to St. Augustine, 75-minute drive north to Jacksonville and 75-minute drive west to Orlando.

Stay is for a mutually agreed upon date between May 2023 - October 2023; 2024 dates may be available as an alternative.
