Winner has one year from the event’s date to claim their prize with the certificate. It must be filled out completely and can be taken to any ticketing register inside the Museum (including will-call). In exchange for the prize certificate, the winner will receive their tickets. Please understand that these are day-of tickets and must be used the day the certificate is redeemed at the Museum.
