Winner receives TWO certificates. Each one is good for either a self-defense workshop for two people, or two months of karate training for an adult or child at Thousand Waves in Lakeview. Uniform included.

1) A self-defence workshop for up to two people
Thousand Waves offers single-session workshops that will give you verbal, physical, and mental tools for preventing violence when possible and confronting it if necessary.

2) Two months of karate training for an adult or child (includes uniform)
We train in Seido karate as a vehicle for health and empowerment. Our ongoing classes promote positive fitness outcomes while developing mental focus and a strong, non-quitting spirit within a welcoming, diverse community
