Rossoblu is the multiyear recipient of the Michelin Guide's Bib Gourmand, the Los Angeles Times Annual 101 Best Restaurants and for 5 years straight was on Eater LA's 38 Essential Restaurant list since opening in 2017.
Sfoglino Francesco Allegro grew up in Italy and learned the art of pasta making from his grandfather who would harvest seeds to take home, grind, toast, then form into a toasted wheat troccoli.
This is sure to be a gastromic delight!

PICK UP / SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
Bidder will be responsible for the shipping/mailing fee, which will be added to the winning bid amount. Items will be shipped via USPS and billed at standard industry rates.
Items cannot be replaced if broken, lost, or stolen. Therefore, tracking is advised.
Auction items will not be shipped or will not be able to be picked up prior to April 12, 2023.
SPECIAL NOTE: Crespi Carmelite High School will be closed from April 6-14, 2023 for Easter break. However, the Advancement Office will be open during certain hours listed below.
Local bidders may pick up from Crespi Office of Advancement on April 11, 12, 13, & 14, 2023 between the hours of 11am-2pm. Beginning Monday, April 17, 2023 pick-up hours will resume as normal from 9am-4pm.
