The set includes:
- Black Walnut Bitters, 1 fl. oz.
- Caramelized Orange Bitters, 1 fl. oz.
- Toasted Oak Bitters, 1 fl. oz.
Black Walnut: These limited-edition barrel-aged Black Walnut Bitters take 18 months to produce! After the harvest of the unripe 'green' Black Walnuts, they do an extended maceration with a proprietary blend of herbs, spices, and citrus zests.
Once strained, the bitters rest for 15+ months before we add another batch of herbs and spices for another extended maceration. Once strained again, the bitters are barrel-aged to perfection. Definitely a delicious labor of love.
Try them in any cocktail made with bourbon, whiskey, rye, aged rum, or aged gin. You are welcome!
Caramelized Orange: Made with locally hand-picked organic oranges, and vegan Indian white sugar. The zest is pealed and caramelized in small batches, then made into bitters.
These classic Orange Bitters are a perfect addition to all cocktails. Equally delightful in clear or aged spirit libations.
Toasted Oak: Crafted with locally produced California brandy with the addition of American, Hungarian, and French Oak along with heaps of vanilla, spices and herbs, they complement cocktails like no other bitters on the planet, and maybe even the multiverse!
These bitters pair perfectly with a wide range of cocktails, including libations based on gin, rum, rye, bourbon, brandy and tequila.

Bidder must be at least 21 years old.
Winning bidders located in Northern California may pick up their items in Napa at a location and date to be arranged -- details will be emailed to winning bidders. Items not picked up by March 10, 2023, will be mailed to the winning bidder, and purchaser is responsible for shipping and insurance costs.
Items purchased by bidders residing outside of Northern California will be shipped (if possible) on or around Tuesday, February 7, 2023, unless you tell us that you wish to pick up your item. Purchaser is responsible for shipping and insurance costs. Please contact us at sbspcauction@gmail.com by February 6 if you plan to pick up your auction winnings.
