A Beer Tasting for Two at St. Clair Brown + Two 750mL Bottles of Beer
Winning bidder will receive a certificate good for one beer tasting for two (2) people at St. Clair Brown Winery & Brewery in Downtown Napa, plus two 750mL bottles of locally brewed beer!
The tasting: A seated tasting includes three 6 oz. pours of our hand-crafted beers. Tastings take place in our culinary garden surrounded by raised beds and fruit trees. Tastings available by appointment.
Beer included with this lot:
- Honey Wheat Ale, 1 bottle: Fruity ale notes of apricot and nectarine preserves and clove, balanced with a crisp citrus wheat finish of grapefruit and orange rind. From brewmaster Elaine St. Clair: "The Honey Wheat Ale has characteristics of two classic styles of wheat ale: the fruitiness of British-style beers along with the lightness and crisp, citrus flavor of the German-style wheat beers. Local, organic honey from the Lavender Bee Farm in Petaluma is added to the fermentation providing complexity without sweetness."
- Black IPA, 1 bottle: Rich notes of fresh pine, nutmeg, bergamot orange, toffee, and hazelnut. From brewmaster Elaine St. Clair: "Made with dark and caramel malts, providing rich flavor with a classic spicy, hop aroma. This is a dark malty stle beer with classic, citrus IPA hops and finish. It is made in a dry style, but not overly hopped."

Bidder must be at least 21 years old.
Winning bidders located in Northern California may pick up their items in Napa at a location and date to be arranged -- details will be emailed to winning bidders. Items not picked up by March 10, 2023, will be mailed to the winning bidder, and purchaser is responsible for shipping and insurance costs.
Items purchased by bidders residing outside of Northern California will be shipped (if possible) on or around Tuesday, February 7, 2023, unless you tell us that you wish to pick up your item. Purchaser is responsible for shipping and insurance costs. Please contact us at sbspcauction@gmail.com by February 6 if you plan to pick up your auction winnings.
