Star Union Spirits Craft distillery in Peru, IL. The American Craft Spirits Association (“ASCA”) recently awarded a 2021 "Best in Class (Rum)" Silver Medal, and four Bronze Medals to Star Union Spirits in its Annual Craft Spirits Competition. Star Union is an artisanal, small-batch distillery established in 2016 in Peru, Illinois, and operating out of the historic Westclox factory.
