Join us on the evening of September 28th, 2023 for an insightful panel discussion centered around Women's Health + Wellness. We will discuss topics including women's nutrition and diet, hormones, stress management, self-care, pelvic floor and menopausal changes, etc - no topic is taboo! Bring your burning questions and willingness to connect. We promise an open, fun, non-judgmental environment, and does not require sharing, but allows a safe space for discussion if desired.

Your panel of experts (and fellow MPAEF moms) include: Vanessa Olsen, MD (Gynecologist) - Annie Wang (Acupuncturist) - Tanya Goodrich, PT, DPT (Pelvic Physical Therapist) - Michelle Gebhardt, MD (OB/GYN) - April Buchheit (Yoga and Meditation Instructor) - and Jo Portia Mayari - Sex Therapist.

Each party ticket is $125. Each participant to the event will need their own ticket.
