Hanson will host 8 guests at 811 Ulloa street for a 6 course dinner. We will have beverages chosen specifically for Lazy Susan which includes beer and wine from Asian American makers. Hanson will share his journey from Stanford Business School to China focused private equity to forming his restaurant group, Salt Partners. Along with a full belly, each guest will also take home a jar of Lazy Susan's signature condiment, Umami Crunch (featured in SF Chronicle's holiday guide). As an additional WPES special, Hanson will also gift each guest a jar of their house proprietary fried rice sauce (!) to use at home.
