Chef Michael Ceraldi will come to your home and teach you how to make a signature dish for up to eight participants. Attendees are welcome to participate or simply watch and learn. Topics have included fresh pasta, risotto, arancini, to name a few. The dish and recipe for your class will be dependent on interest, dietary restrictions and experience. Chef Ceraldi will arrive with all ingredients as well as an antipasta, salad & fresh baked focaccia and a couple bottles of wine for the meal. The winner and chef will discuss topic and choose one together. Date for event in your home will be decided mutually based on what is convenient for Chef in the off season as defined as November-April.
