The apartment can sleep up to 4 adults with one BR and a fold-out couch. Children are welcome and owner can provide baby-related items.

The bedroom is very quiet and spacious and looks out onto the rear garden. It has a queen bed, desk, desk chair, and a large closet with hangers.

The living room features lots of seating, a Samsung Smart TV (YouTube, Netflix, Hulu, Vudu, etc.), and a DVD player.

There is air conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom (units removed in the winter/cold weather). There are no laundry facilities in the apartment, but same-day laundry service is available nearby.

This apartment is located 1 mile north of Central Park. It is a wonderful family neighborhood with various restaurants, bars, and playgrounds. Supermarkets are open late and there is a Whole Foods nearby.
