 Flying Edna is a small creative studio centered around (re)imagining the role of story & art in every day living. ​

It's the artistic home of Fia and Kai Skye (who some of you may also know as Brian Andreas.)

Concerned about mini mizing our impact on the environment, we choose planet-conscious practices and work with sustainable materials.

We not only write and design all the work in our studio, we also handcraft & distribute it around the world, just the two of us. In a world where so much of what we interact with is created by the hands of those we'll never meet, we enjoy inviting you to know us through our stories & art.

We believe that every thing in our lives carries energy. There is a lifeline to each piece that leaves our studio... its story began long before it came to us, and will continue far beyond. So, our aim is to do no harm while the piece is in our hands. This means we carefully research every material and company we work with, to be sure we are supporting folks that offer living wages and working environments that are safe for employees and also the planet. 

Everything we write, create, and teach is about interconnectedness and cultivating the practice of presence: ways to be more mindful in how we move through every day, no matter what comes in our direction.
