The goal of Gracie Barra is to bring Jiu-Jitsu to everyone! We have all types of people, from all walks of life at GB Thousand Oaks.
From kids to adults, hobbyists to competitors, everyone has a place on the mats here as long as you're willing to have an open mind, respect others, and train with purpose.
At GB Thousand Oaks you will learn life skills that go far beyond the mat. You will be empowered with self defense skills that will bring peace of mind to you and your family.
Many of our students were tired of going to the gym. They found BJJ to be the perfect workout because it requires focus while burning a TON of calories. What’s more, you’ll learn to defend yourself while getting fit!
