Your first acupuncture treatment? Liz is a licensed acupuncturist and clinical herbalist in the state of California and a Nationally Certified Diplomat of Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). Her specialties include pain management (neck/shoulder pain, back pain, sciatica), mental health (such as anxiety, depression, and stress), sleep disorders, postpartum depression, digestive issues, women’s health and nutrition. She believes health and well-being are multi-dimensional, and that the relationship between patient and practitioner is a unique partnership.
Liz uses the principles and foundations of traditional Chinese medicine to
nourish each client, enlisting a combination of acupuncture and herbal
medicine alongside complementary modalities like cupping, moxibustion and
gua sha. In conjunction with these Eastern approaches, she is additionally
impassioned by the healing elements of food.
