It is the mission of Family Wellness Studio / Happy Baby to create a safe, nurturing space for families, adults, caregivers and children in El Segundo and the South Bay community. A holistic approach has been designed using yoga & movement, mindfulness, music, and parenting education in a supportive, nurturing environment. Family Wellness Studio / happy baby provides an essential space for families to build relationships, make community connections. Our hope is to help parents raise happy, healthy babies, while caring for their own body, mind and soul. We seek to promote a healing and supportive space for all families to flourish.
Come experience the wonderful studio classes we offer for the entire family. Our family membership enables any and all immediate family members to take unlimited monthly classes which include adult, kids' and family yoga classes, music, baby sensory classes, art, drama, parent support groups and more!
