Description
This year the library is offering a hand-picked collection of 10 of our favorite award-winning books from the 2023 American Library Association awards announced in January. Award winners include picture books, graphic novels, chapter books, and informational books.
The fantastic books we have chosen received one or more of the following awards: the Coretta Scott King award (picture or chapter books, fiction or non-fiction by African American authors and illustrators), the Caldecott (picture book), the Newbery (chapter books) the Pura Belore (picture or chapter books, fiction or non-fiction by Latinx authors and illustrators), the Geisel (books for beginning readers), the Robert F. Sibert (informational books), the Asian/Pacific American Literature Award, and several others.
Special Instructions
Winning bidder is responsible for picking up item(s) on the pick up days indicated below. Certificates that can be emailed will be emailed upon receipt of payment. NO SHIPPING ON CLASS BASKETS. Non-local winning bidders may request shipping for an additional shipping/handling fee based on size and weight of item(s).

If you are unable to pick up on one of these days, your item will be shipped to you and your shipping/handling fee will be charged to your credit card. If shipping is requested, your winning bid total plus shipping/handling fees must be paid online within three days of auction close, and may take up to 5 business days for processing once payment has been received.
