Grab your besties for a special 1-hour private class! Enjoy a private outdoor Teen Acro-Yoga class for you and up to 7 friends with Karma Kids Yoga! Choose any NYC park, bring a yoga mat or blanket and Karma Kids Yoga will meet you there!
Teen Yoga focuses on building inner and outer strength, flexibility, while finding peace within ourselves. We will practice partner and group poses, fun yoga games and challenging poses while we connect and collaborate. Teens will experience emotional balance through the physical and mental benefits of yoga by practicing breathing exercises, flowing sequences, balancing poses and deep relaxation while building a healthy relationship with your body. Positive self-awareness and esteem are encouraged.
Special Instructions
Class must be booked in advance. Class will be held outdoors at a mutually agreed upon date and NYC Park location. Not redeemable for cash. Expires May 2024. Not transferrable.
