Amazing Italian Ricotta-Lemon Cheese Cake, custom baked to perfection by a SOF mom, just as it has been baked for centuries in the Italian countryside. Fluffy, sweet but not too sweet, a hint of lemon in a delicious texture against the crumbly crust. 9" serves about 8. It comes fancily wrapped in cellophane and ribbons and ready to be gifted to someone special, for Mother's Day or simply devour with the family.
Contains gluten, dairy, eggs. Price is fixed at $30 per cake (not a bidding item as all proceeds go to SOF).
Must be able to pick up at SOF on Friday, May 12, 2023 starting at 2pm just before Mother's Day!!
Special Instructions
Cakes must be picked up at School of the Future, located at 127 East 22nd Street, NYC, on Friday, May 12, 2023 at the end of the school day starting at 2pm. No exceptions.
If you do not pick up your cake, the auction committee will enjoy it on your behalf.
