Come join us for a positive and energetic outdoor workout at the Desai-Jhaveri home in Oakland, followed by bubbles and brunch!
Bring your yoga mat and light weights (if available) and come feel stronger and sexier during our 50 minute Cardio Sculpt class. We lead a full-body, low-impact, cardio sculpt workout with movements that are attainable, playful and sexy. It is the perfect balance for strength and stamina. The music will fuel your fire from old hip hop to funk and house. The workout is designed for all fitness levels. No dance experience necessary--just the desire to have fun and move your body!!
Bubbles can pop before, during and after our workout--your preference!
