Description
Enjoy a wonderful back to school Wagyu and wine-tasting dinner. We will start with delicious cheeses and appetizers, and then sample different cuts of Snake River Farms Wagyu beef, with several tasty side dishes.
Your hosts will pair the meal with their favorite white & red wines, including a vertical Chateauneuf du Pape tasting over the course of the evening.
Hosted in the Sonne's backyard (weather permitting), on the evening of August 26, 2023, your hosts will break out the sous vide and grill!
