Join chef, tv personality, and best-selling cookbook author Stacey Little in his Chinaberry Test Kitchen to learn the art of baking a better buttermilk biscuit.

This hands-on, intensive 3 hour experience explores the science of biscuit baking. Master the ins-and-outs of flour, fat, leavening, and liquid as you learn to create light, fluffy, mile-high biscuits. Guests will be paired up to bake a batch of biscuits and the class culminates in enjoying the fruits of your labor alongside a variety of jams, jellies, and syrups and perhaps a pan of sausage gravy, tomato gravy, or even some chocolate gravy.
