The membership benefits besides the spectacular location are the amazing food and cocktails which are only cost plus 10%.  What does this mean to you?  That you can get a delicious Cedar Plank Coho Salmon for $13.  Any other fine establishment you would pay $40+.  As for cocktails a generous Belvedere on the rocks may cost you $12+ but at the house it is $4.

Valet service, dock service and participation fee for the Distinguished Clubs Network are also included in membership.

Because thehouse is a Distinguished Club, which means it was built on the highest standards of this award program, members will be part of the Distinguished Clubs Network.  This means as a member you will have reciprocity at over 200 clubs across the country.

Special Notes:

- thehouse Newport Beach and its owners have final approval of membership into the club (if not approved, purchase will be refunded).

- If members are approved, dues are $400 monthly. 

- Membership begins when club approves the winner. Application must be submitted online by April 8th.
