Rush Cycle - Encinitas has been providing music, sweat and community since 2016. We're consistently one of the top cycling studios in San Diego. Our signature Rush Ride is a 45-minute full body experience. Every class is set to the beat of the music - giving you that magical feeling of moving in sync with the beats and the other riders. Our instructors will lead you through upper and lower body choreographed movements as well as changes in speed and resistance designed to call on and strengthen every muscle in your body. Before leading any classes, our instructors complete a rigorous 12 week in-house training program, so they’re equipped to help you with any modifications or adjustments you may need to accommodate injuries, pregnancy or post-pregnancy and still participate in class.

We use top-of-the-line Keiser m3i bikes that are compatible with SPD cleats. The bikes come with digital monitors that show you your resistance, mileage and speed throughout the class so you don't have to guess or wonder about how hard you're working. Our friendly and helpful staff will show you how to customize the bike settings for your comfort and to get the most out of your ride. We offer cycling shoes for all our riders that don't have their own.

Our indoor cycling studio holds 44 bikes and our premium speakers provide a concert-like music experience. All riders are provided with a complimentary towel and our retail boutique is stocked with apparel, accessories, water and more for anything you need to have a great ride.

We offer a special discount for first time riders and packages to suit a variety of budgets and schedules. We run classes 7 days a week at multiple times throughout the day - so whether you're an early-bird, a mid-morning or an after-work rider, we've got a class for you.
