Program Description:Are you intrigued by labyrinths? Did you know that labyrinths date back over 4000 years and are found in all spiritual traditions worldwide? Have you ever wondered where they came from and what people use them for?
Join certified Labyrinth Facilitator Kathryn Bikle, LMFT, SEP for a 90-minute online workshop exploring the history of labyrinths and their use as a tool for opening to deep states of reflection, allowing for the release of ineffectual patterns of behavior and offering an opportunity for personal goal setting. Explore this age-old meditative practice with its restorative rhythms and aesthetic proportions of nature by "finger-walking" a printable finger labyrinth. Whether your goals be personal growth or just for fun discover how moving your body, finger, or even just your eyes along the labyrinth’s circuitous path serves to instill calm and create balance in the nervous system, release old habits and attitudes, receive wisdom from within, and open to creativity and new growth.
