Winning bidder will be awarded one seat in the Fundamentals Experience provided by Hornick School of Coaching. The award is good for the class starting Thursday, Nov 2, 2023, at 9am Pacfic Time. The five subsequent sessions will be on the next five Thursdays, skipping over Thanksgiving Day. This is a Laser Coaching Engagement. 

Participants in this program become better at bringing out the best in others. This program meets six times for two hours each session. Participants report it as useful, evocative, and often transformational.

Bringing out the best in others–be it your friends, your employees, your family, even strangers–is an art and a skill. There are things to learn. There are things to practice. There are things to notice. You already know most of those things, but–if you are like most people–you don’t know that you know them. The hours in this program can be applied toward coaching certification, but that’s not why most choose to enroll.
