St Catherine’s is hosting a private event on Friday, April 28 at 6pm-7pm for a 45-minute megaformer workout. Men and women welcome! The cost is $35 per participant. Come sweat it out with your friends while raising money for your kids!
After class participants will have time to meet & greet -- drinks and a charcuterie board will be served.
Don't forget to bring:
- Your grippy socks (Available for purchase!)
- Towel and water
- Positive vibes
Class will be led by West Core's owner, Sofia.
