Emma’s Torch offers a window into a diverse array of cultures through food. Culinary Director Alexander Harris works with students to infuse our menus with a sense of time and place. Each dish blends seasonal and local ingredients with flavors inspired by our students from around the world.

We provide top-notch culinary training to refugees and help them find meaningful careers in the food industry.
