This is the perfect event for craft beer lovers of all experience levels. Our Master Brewer will guide you as you taste 5 different styles of beer from different regions and countries. We will explore differences in style as they relate to varying production methods, grains, hops, and yeast.

Our production brewery features a wide varienty of craft beer with many unique flavors. You will also receive a guided tour taking you through the brewery process.

THE SCHOLB STORY
 
Scholb Brewing is a family owned company that creates a wide variety of fresh, high-quality beers.  Many styles are bold and hoppy in the West Coast tradition with others following old world styles.  This variety of beer allows our knowledgeable beer servers to find the perfect beer for every person.  Our craft beer is as unique as the people who drink it. 

Our small, custom built brewing system, ensures that all our beer styles are consumed when they are the freshest.  Designed by our Head Brewer for safe and efficient operations, with heat integration and water conservation in mind.  Our eight fermenters provide the flexibility needed to keep over 20 beer styles pouring in the tap room at all times, with new styles coming out every few weeks.

Our taproom is open for both indoor and outdoor dining

We are dog and friendly and our kitchen has a light selection of eats. 

We have board games, giant jenga, and cornhole for you to enjoy. Inquire in the taproom about the cornhole league with Dill Games that runs out of our taproom throughout the week!
