Michanda Lindsey considers it a joy to hold space for clients to be nourished and replenished from the inside out. Under the umbrella of Presence & Transformation, Michanda provides Executive Coaching, Life Coaching, and Spiritual Coashing. She encourages all of us to make space to slow down, breathe, and listen from within. Michanda brings her gifts of profound healing intuition along with training in cognitive behavior, personal design, and creative energy to support her clients. Michanda has worked with leaders and individuals in private, public, nonprofit, government, athletic, and arts sectors. In addition to received her Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, Michanda has been certified by the Pacific Institute and Strategic People Development. Michanda is also an ordained minister (priest) who have a decade of serving formally, now serves untraditionally, encouraging people of any and all backgrounds to connect to their inner peace and magnificence. Additionally, Michanda has created The Flow certification program to support coaches, teachers, and leaders who want to help people live with presence, healing, and harmony. She and her husband Cajardo have two adult sons and are currently working to bring a powerful story, written by Cajardo, from script to screen.

Winner receives two 60-minute sessions or one 120-minute session of executive coaching with Michanda. Sessions can take place virtually via Zoom or at a mutually determined location in person in the Denver-Boulder area.
