Material: Fleece (polyester fabric)

Care: Wash in cold water with about 1/4 of the normal amount of detergent usually used to wash items. I use a heaping tablespoon of OxiClean when I wash them. Dry on low heat. After drying check each knot by pulling the strips. They should be fine. Do not use fabric softener in the wash.

Blankets are two pieces of fleece sewn together. I sew them as I don't want the dachshund to get in-between the fleece and not be able to come out if a knot untied. I then cut strips about 1 inch wide and 5 inches long. Traditional knots can come undone so I do a tiny slit in each strip. The bottom strip goes into the top strip and the top strip goes into the bottom strip so it is a woven knot.

Washable and the fringes are knotted. This is a great blanket!!  When you have some down time and your pup wants to snuggle, why not have this on hand?
