Welcome to Villa Lucia! This beautiful property is located in the peaceful area of Kalafatis, in less than 2 km from the beach. The ground level hosts the living room, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. At the top level there is the master bedroom with its bathroom and its own veranda with view to the sea. The underground level hosts three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a small kitchen and the laundry room. All rooms are fully air conditioned. The well designed outdoor area located in front of the villa displays a large modern pool and a great lounge area. Also, there is a built-in BBQ under the pergola where guests can prepare their own meals while enjoying the marvelous sea view.
