Sleeps up to 8 guests in three bedrooms plus an extra sleep area:
-Master Bedroom en-suite: King bed, Cable TV, large balcony overlooks the lake; Couches; Armoire.
-Second Bedroom en suite: Queen bed and two twin beds; Vanity, Cabinets
-Third Bedroom en suite: Queen bed and one twin bed; large Faux-painted closet
-Sitting area next to living room can be used as a fourth sleeping area
-Available extra beds: one double size sleep-sofa and cots/ porta cribs can be delivered for a small fee.
-With a standby generator in case of power failure
-Living Room: Living room French Doors open onto a large patio with views of the lake, pool, and gardens
-Dining Area: Seats 8-10 with large, decorative glass-top table
-Kitchen: Fully equipped

Patio is fully furnished with modern, upholstered furniture, comfy, hanging swing chair, grill, and hammock.

Lakeside Villas Community offers a chic clubhouse, 3 swimming pools plus a toddler pool, 2 tennis courts, foosball and a pool table.
