White House Pilates strives to make each client feel comfortable regardless of their fitness level. Pilates is a wonderful complement to other physical activities because it exercises the smaller muscle groups that support the joints and the deeper core muscles that many conventional methods leave out.
This certificate is good at any White House Pilates location, Marina Del Rey, Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, or Torrance.
