You are bidding on two (2) pounds of Cognoscenti Coffee whole bean coffee.
You will recieve the following:
It's a Hoot Blend 12 oz
Our friendly house blend is calling for you. It’s good for any occasion, any brew method, or that friend that you’re just not quite sure what they like.
Currently, it’s a blend of Central and South American coffees with flavors of toffee, graham cracker, and date.
Guatemala Todos Santos 12 oz
Taste Notes: Caramel, raisin, pear
The lot is mostly red bourbon, the fermentation time ranges between 70-72 hours with cold water and it is washed with clean water. Finally, it is dried in patios for +10 days approximately in the sun.
