Magical Mayan Riviera

You are bidding on a ONE WEEK Vacation in Mexico on the Caribbean Sea in a beautiful condo owned by a Beethoven family. The condo has two bedrooms (both with king sized beds) and two bathrooms.

Santamar Akumal Garden Condo is a FAMILY FRIENDLY beautiful, architecturally modern home was built just one year ago! Our condo features two bedrooms, two bathrooms both with modern showers, one terrace, and a private garden. Enjoy 5G wifi, on-site parking, 24/7 security, hotel-quality king mattresses and linens, and fully-equipped amenities for a comfortable stay.

The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals and enjoy with friends and family. There is also a washer and dryer on the back terrace area so you can do some laundry if you need to while you are here.

Located just steps from the beach, our condo offers many amenities to enjoy within the complex, including beautiful pools (even a rooftop pool), a fully equipped gym, BBQ grills, loungers, and breathtaking views surrounded by nature.

You will fly into Cancun, rent a car there and drive 1.5 hours to the condo. A car is needed to get around and see all the MANY incredible sites that the Mayan Riviera has to offer both in downtown Akumal, Tulum, Chichen Itza. There are parking spots just in front of our condo.

Guest access
The complex has 7 common rooftop areas with ocean views, the perfect space to relax and enjoy the beautiful sunsets surrounded by nature - luscious green JUNGLE and the Caribbean OCEAN. This is a very tropical environment and you will see unusual animals - Giant iguanas, Mayan brown raccoons and even some monkeys if you are lucky. There are also 2 pools on the ground floor at each end of the development, a gym, and a space for yoga. There is also a beach club with loungers (this area does not have food and beverage service) and another pool facing the sea, where you will find direct access to the sandy beach where you can swim, SNORKLE and enjoy afternoons at the beach while enjoying your favorite cocktail.

Other things to note
Our condo is located in the second line from the sea, so our guests can access the sandy beach by crossing the pool that our complex offers at the end of the street. If you take a 20 minute walk along the shore in the opposite direction you will find a very nice beach club with a casual atmosphere where you can eat and drink while enjoying the beach. It's called "The Beached Bikini Bar and Grill." It has AMAZING food and VERY GOOD cocktails. There are genuine Mayan ruins not far from our home and some beyond OUTSTANDING waterparks by the company XCARET (look them up online - you'll be blown away! Better than Disneyland www.xcaret.com.)
XCARET parks are the perfect activity to do with kids! There are also MANY glorious Cenotes (these are naturally occurring fresh water pools created out of the endless miles of underground rivers and corresponding caves. Cenotes are often turquoise blue and always a refreshing, magical swimming experience. Cenotes are exclusive natural wonders to this Mayan Riviera region of the world. 
This area is known for excellent snorkling and our giant green SEA TURTLES (Akumal means giant Turtle).
