Celebrate your child’s birthday at Energy Fitness & Gymnastics! Our facility is state-of-the-art, clean, and filled with fun.

The Energy Party consists of one hour of cooperative games, obstacle courses, and fun in our trampoline area. Because of the pandemic all food, beverages and presents will take place off site.

Energy Fitness & Gymnastics provides two energetic, well-trained instructors, as well as a festive, safe, and caring atmosphere for your child on their special day!

90-minute event consists of 1 hour of organized gym play plus 25 minutes for refreshments.

Energy Fitness & Gymnastics is located in Newton and provides high quality gymnastics training programs for all skill levels including intensive programs and recreational teams. Energy also offers gymnastics training for teens and adults, tumbling for cheer and dance, adaptive programming, birthday parties, and open gym opportunities. We strive to be leaders within the fitness industry and in the community and strongly believe in responsible coaching, and in turn Energy fitness and Gymnastics provides excellent gymnastics instruction without the overwhelming pressure of a more competitive gym, and uses gymnastics as a means to improve personal fitness, self-confidence, independence, and resiliency.
