Description
Charlene Roy, a Park Parent, has studied Pilates for over 30 years. She is also trained in classical ballet through the Royal Academy of Dancing where she started studying Pilates with Kathy Van Patten for dance conditioning. Charlene danced ballet for several years with Jose Mateo’s Ballet Theatre of Boston.
After receiving her medical degree, she practiced Internal Medicine for 15 years. As a mother of 4 and cancer survivor, she continued to practice Pilates throughout her pregnancies (including a twin pregnancy!) and recovery.
Her goal is to keep her clients moving, help them achieve their goals, and live their best lives.
