Description
Spend a weekend at our updated family home with every convenience. The house is walkable to Serene Lake with a great family beach, volleyball, BBQs, and snack bar. It is a few minutes drive to Sugar Bowl and a short walk to Royal Gorge Cross Country Resort.
Special Instructions
Comfortably sleeps 8 (primary bedroom with king, guest bedroom with queen, kids bedroom with bunk beds, family room with pullout sofa). We have paddle boards, canoe and everything needed for the beach/lake in summer and snowshoes and snow toys for winter. We will cover the cleaning fee.
Specifications: cleaning fee is $200. No pets please. Weekdays and weekends in May, some of June, all of August, September, October, or next April are open. The below dates are NOT available.
