Tai Chi is a gentle, yet powerful, approach to movement, positively affecting balance, strength, and breathing, while remaining remarkably accessible. Often called “meditation in motion” the practices explore reclaiming more ease and fluidity of movement that can remind us of our childhood. We will explore Tai Chi inspired movement practices in an outdoor setting that allow us to experience the abundance of energy available in our natural world. No prior experience or special equipment required.
- Guided/Taught by Greg Leach, a recently retired physician living in Kennebunk for the past 25+ years. A student of Tai Chi for the last 13+ years and teacher locally for 4+ years, as well as an active volunteer with and supporter of The Kennebunk Land Trust for more than 5 years.
