Enjoy an in home private, 5-course dinner for 10 with Chefs James & Molly (Doster '13) Arbaugh of Lua Brewing in Des Moines, IA. 

James is a graduate of the culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park in, New York and Molly of the The International Culinary Center in San Jose, California. The couple met in California and together worked at the One Michelin-Star Restaurant, The Plumed Horse. 

The Chefs will prepare a seaonal 5-course tasting menu in your home, explaining each dish and paired wine as it is served, allowing for an interactive dining experience.
