90-minute Initial Session will include Intake, Chinese Medicine Diagnosis, Herbal Recommendation and Acupuncture Treatment. The session may also include; 

Fire Cups, Moxabustion, Essential Chinese Herbal Oils, Stone Medicine, Tui Na Massage. 

Dr. Wendy Matus, DACM, received a Doctorate of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine from Pacific College of Health Sciences in San Diego and has been practicing Chinese Medicine since 1999.  She is licensed to practice Chinese Medicine in California, New York and New Jersey. Prior to studying Chinese Medicine Wendy earned a Bachelor’s degree in English from Ithaca College. After graduating PCHS Wendy moved to New York City to start her practice and has served as Clinical Director of Pacific College, NY and as a faculty member at PCHS from 2004-2008.  She has been interviewed by Shape and Health Magazines and made TV appearances on Fox, CBS and ABC morning news programs as a Tongue Diagnosis expert. Wendy has served as Academic Dean to the Eastern School of Acupuncture, NJ and participated in a four-year fertility research study at Reproductive Medical Association of NJ.  She incorporates her passion for Chinese Herbal Medicine and Stone Medicine into her practice and completed post-graduate studies in both subjects with Master Jeffrey Yuen. Currently Wendy is growing a Chinese Herbal garden and has a private practice in Chestnut Ridge N Y.
