Executive Coaching is tailored to leadership development that high functioning leaders use to gain insight, perspective, and techniques to improve their performance. Individuals seek Executive Coaching when they want to accelerate in a new leadership role or organization, tackle new business challenges, or plan for a career change.


Executive Coaching can help an individual regain perspective as well as improve leadership impact, communication, time management/productivity, and overall personal and professional wellbeing.


The three one-hour coaching sessions will be facilitated by Paul Botticello, Principal of Botticello Consulting.


Paul has practiced organizational and leadership development in both non-profit and for-profit sectors throughout his career. He was the Vice President of Organizational Development and HR Business Teams at L.L. Bean until 2021 where his role included working with senior leadership, owners, and the board on strategic planning, operational continuous improvement, organizational change management, executive coaching, internal consultation and advising.


Prior to joining L.L. Bean in 2004, Paul was a Senior Associate at Interaction Institute for Social Change in Cambridge, MA, the Director of Clark Learning Institute for The Clark Foundation in New York, and Lead Instructor / Program Manager with Hurricane Island Outward Bound Professional in Rockland, ME. Paul has an extensive history of board work and community involvement with a focus on outdoor recreation. He is currently on the Board of Portland Trails, served as the Chair of the Governance Committee for the Maine Huts & Trails and volunteered with Maine Outdoor Brands, The Institute for Civic Leadership, and the Portland School system.
