My name is Sarah Lentz and this is my husband Michael Pfeiffer. In September of 2018, we launched our Chicago based supper club. Here at Drumlin Supper Club, we seek to create delicious menus and inclusive spaces to enjoy them in. From our multi-course pop up dinners to our cooking class, our main goal in whatever we do is to bring people together over good food.

Our passion for food is very much grounded in exploring the entire arch of food: from growing it, to preparing it, to sitting down and sharing a meal together. Food plays such an important role in connecting us to one another, fostering conversations and inspiring ideas.
